reset & reestablished: RESPECTMYZEN

I want to begin this entry with a quick recap.

For those of you who are new, welcome to my Zen!

For those that are returning and realigning our journeys: hi!! It's been a while. I hope all is well with you and your loved ones since we last connected.

I started the journey of RESPECTMYZEN almost a decade ago. It started out from a "shout it from the rooftop" moment in my life circa 2017. Then, I expanded that energy in 2020 with social media presents, energy cleansing products, social link ups and supporting events. RMZ connected with like minded humans who were on a RESPECTMYZEN journey seeking alignment, healing and growth.

My goal was and still is to intentionally create a space where YOU can refill your cup to then, pour into others.

This new path that I am taking has been brewing for years and I am in a space - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to get back to what sparks joy in my life. This new direction was not easy but, it has gotten easier and easier. This shift threw everything I knew, thought I knew and eagerness for knowledge into a hat, shook it up and randomly picks what the topic of the day will be. Most days it's a breeze due to past knowledge, while processing experiences and willingness to let go (referring to the past). Other topics like the present, are deep and intentional. Those takes a ton of sitting still or, at least with me, completing mindless daily tasks while processing. The topics based on the future are scary but exciting. I follow the same motto: the future me, will thank me. And, I do that often, thank my past self in the present.

So, to wrap up the recap: I will be changing directions from what I once did in the past and creating something on the same alignment, My Destiny.

For those who have been around since the beginning, thank you.

For those who will stick around, thank you.

ICE BREAKER!!

Two truths and a lie:
  • I cried at some point while typing this post.

  • I am excited for this new adventure.

  • My anxiety is not acting up at all.
